Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
- In a mason jar (or similar) mix all ingredients together.
- Seal and store overnight in the fridge.
- Enjoy in the morning.
