Dry
- flour 360 grams (3 cups)
- baking powder 30 grams (7 teaspoons)
- white sugar 27.5 grams (2 tablespoons)
- salt 2.3 grams (1.5 teaspoons)
Wet
- butter 85 grams
- eggs 2
- milk 2.5 cups
Instructions
- Melt butter on low low heat
- Mix dry
- Mix in wet
- Pour into hot pan
